• If you have not received your delivery.
• If you have received an incorrect delivery.
• If something is wrong within 90 days. Within these 90 days you can request a new pair via your account and we will send you a new one immediately.

Are you unable to submit a return request yourself? Then take Contact with us.

Submitting a return request is very simple and you can arrange it quickly and easily via your account. You will immediately receive a confirmation email of the application. You will receive a new delivery within 4 working days.

1. Log here Account into your account,
2. Select 'orders' in the menu,
3. Click on 'return request',
4. Follow the steps, we will do the rest!

If you have received the product, but there is something wrong with it, you do not have to bother returning it as a courtesy. You can throw away a broken product immediately. You can keep an incorrect product or give it away to someone else. That will save you another trip to the mailbox :)

If you have requested a return for an incorrect pair, you do not have to bother returning the incorrect pair.

If it is still in good condition, for example because it is the wrong size, you can give it away. You probably know someone who deserves a present. Or who wants to introduce you to ON THAT ASS. Then you make that person happy and you help us a little. Of course you can also keep it yourself :)

Would you like to return the incorrect product so that we can have the materials recycled by an external company we work with? Or do you want to return it for another reason? We do not accept returns for refunds. But maybe the package was delivered incorrectly? Then you can return it for free as follows:

1. Put the delivery in the packaging,
2. Write 'return to sender' on it,
3. Send via orange mailbox,
4. We will forward it, Thank you!

Do you want to return your Loyalty product? Then submit a return request via your account. Complete the returns form and send the package to us with the returns form. Return costs are at your own expense.

We only accept items if they are unworn and have the attached tag. As soon as we have received your package, you will receive your shopping credit back in your account within 14 days. This allows you to exchange your shopping credit again for a Loyalty product, exchange is not possible.
