Submitting a return request is very simple and can be arranged quickly and easily via your account, with an immediate confirmation email upon application. You will receive a new delivery within 7 working days.
To do so, log into your Account, select 'orders' from the menu, click on 'return request' follow the steps, and we will take care of the rest!
If you have received the product but there is an issue with it, you do not need to bother returning it as a courtesy. You can dispose of a faulty product immediately or keep an incorrect product or give it away to someone else, saving you another trip to the mailboxDid this help you?
If you've requested a return for an incorrect item, there's no need to return the one you have.
If the item is still in good condition, such as if it's the wrong size, you can gift it to someone else who may appreciate it or wish to try ON THAT ASS. By doing so, you'll bring joy to someone and support us a bit. Alternatively, you can keep it for yourself :)
