You can pause your membership easily and quickly via your account. You can pause your membership from 4 days after registration for up to six months.

This can be done in two different ways. In your account you will see a slider under 'Memberships' to immediately pause your membership. You can take a break here for 1,3 or 6 months.

After you have paused your membership, at least one payment and one delivery will take place. You will receive a confirmation email of your pause with all the details.

You can also pause via your account in the following way:

1. Log in to your account here,
2. Select 'Memberships'
3. Choose the right membership,
4. Change the 'membership status,
5. Click on 'I need a break',
6. Enter a stop and start date, we use a notice period. Until then! :)

After the trial period and in an active or extra membership, a notice period also applies when pausing via the menu. You will immediately receive a confirmation email of the pause. Once your pause has ended, your membership will automatically restart. Please note that if you want to pause multiple memberships in your account, you must pause them separately.

When you register with ON THAT ASS for the first time, we offer a free 10-day trial period for the boxer shorts membership. Your trial period starts immediately after registration. You will receive the free boxer shorts within 4 working days.

If you do not want your trial period to transition into an active membership, you can cancel immediately during the remaining 6 days of your trial period.

After the trial period and in an active or extra membership, we apply a notice period. Payments are due around the 23rd. If you cancel before the 19th, you pay one more time that month. If you cancel between the 19th and the last day of the month, you will pay twice more. Once that month and once the following month.

When canceling your membership, select the month in which the last payment will take place. The first possible notice month is shown here, according to the notice period. You will receive the corresponding delivery the following month, between the 17th and the 23rd. Your choice will be confirmed. The notice period gives you a payment obligation.

Please note that if you want to cancel multiple memberships in your account, you must cancel them separately.

We do not charge fees for pausing or canceling. This is always free of charge and you can arrange it easily and quickly via your account. We do apply a notice period. This means you still have a payment obligation before the membership closes.

Please note: You can cancel your subscription to ON THAT ASS yourself via your account. Canceling your membership through third parties will incur costs. If you had this done by an external company, we recommend that you contact them.

If all your accounts are inactive, you have stopped 100% of all your memberships.

If you still have 1 or more accounts that are not inactive, you can stop these memberships within the account.

Take the 1 month notice period into account.

First of all, it is important to know that we apply a one-month notice period when canceling your account. To cancel a paused membership, you must first reactivate the paused membership. You can then cancel by following the following steps:

1. Log in to your account with your email address and password
2. Go to 'Memberships', click on 'Membership status' and choose the month of your last payment
3. You will receive a confirmation email of the pause.

Good to know: we freeze your shopping credit while you pause your membership. So you keep your shopping credit, but you will not receive a monthly shopping credit as long as it is paused.
