The Loyalty Program is ON THAT ASS's reward program. As a member, you receive €10 shopping credit every month with your boxershorts. You can exchange this for exclusive ON THAT ASS items in the webshop.

You automatically save shopping credit every month. With the shopping credit you can score great items in our webshop.

• Shop credit is always in euros. This is fictitious and cannot be redeemed for cash or used for outstanding payments.
• You cannot buy items by adding money. Shopping credits from multiple accounts cannot be combined. Or be distributed across different accounts.
• You will receive €10 shopping credit every month for a successful debit, regardless of the number of memberships in an account.
• By sharing the personal code (found in your account) you can earn extra shopping credit. You can share the link with as many people as you want. You will receive a maximum of 2x €10. So you can earn a maximum of €20 with this.
• You pay shipping costs per order. The amount is shown in the webshop during checkout. This is paid in money and cannot be paid with credit.
• If you cancel, your shopping credit will be gone.
• If you pause, your shopping credit will remain
• We have sizes XS to 3XL. We don't have boys' sizes for the time being, maybe in the future.
• NL started in August, the rest of the countries in October.
• To distinguish between new members and existing members, we have given members who already participated before the start of the Loyalty Program a starting credit. There is no discussion possible about the shopping credit.

Participation in the savings program is automatic if you are a member and is free of charge.

• The credit cannot be paid out in cash or used for outstanding payments. Shopping credit from multiple accounts cannot be combined.

Your current shopping credit is always in your account. If you are logged in, you will also find your current shopping credit in our webshop.

All active members of ON THAT ASS automatically participate, at no extra cost.

The Loyalty Program is only for active members. If you cancel your membership you will lose your shopping credit.

If you want to take a break, we will freeze your shopping credit. So you keep your credit, but you will not receive a monthly shopping credit as long as you are on pause. During your break you cannot exchange your shopping credit in the webshop for exclusive items.

When you register you will immediately receive €10 shopping credit as a welcome gift. After that, you will receive €10 shopping credit every month with a successful direct debit, regardless of the number of memberships you have in your account.

Yes! With your unique code you can give away free boxer shorts to friends and receive €10 per friend who registers. You can earn a maximum of €20 with this. You can find your unique code in your account under “Shop credit”.

When you register you will immediately receive €10 shopping credit as a welcome gift. The shopping credit will then be credited monthly between the 10th and 16th of the month in the event of a successful debit.

Yes, you pay shipping costs per order. You can see the amount for this in the webshop during checkout.

You can return the order within 30 days. You can easily submit a return request via your account. Complete the returns form and send the package to us with the returns form. Return costs are at your own expense.

• As soon as we have received your package, you will receive your shopping credit back in your account within 14 days. This allows you to exchange your shopping credit again for a Loyalty product, exchange is not possible.
• We only accept items if they are unworn and have the attached label.
